Walton Hills Historical Resource Center

The Walton Hills Historical Resource Center, located in the Community Room showcases at the Village Hall Community Building, displays local archives, memorabilia and historically significant written material about this section of Bedford Township and the Village of Walton Hills.  Among its items are Jefferson Walton’s Civil War Discharge Papers and Civil War Pension Certificate, maps of the area dating back to the late 1700s, old newspaper articles of historic note and detailed interviews with people who lived here in the late 1800s and early 1900s.
Founded in 1999, The Historical Resource Center is open to the public the last Monday of each month, and other times too, upon request.
