The Walton Hills Lake boasts a sandy beach and a lake that is chlorinated and treated for all its members and guests to swim in. This unique thirteen-acre park is nestled in a small valley off Rotary Drive and is a family recreational facility chartered as a not-for-profit corporation with membership open exclusively to Walton Hills Village homeowners and property owners. Besides a large sandy beach area for all to play on, there is a 1/2- acre lake with water attractions and swimming. The grounds include a large picnic pavilion with a fireplace, bathhouse/restrooms, shaded picnic sites with tables, small barbeque grills and a large barbeque grill. Alos included is a playground area along with other available sports equipment and a large rustic parking area. A small concession stand is open during some holidays or social events.

The Walton Hills Lake operations are on a volunteer basis so as to allow membership availability through a modest annual fee. For over fifty years this lake facility, which was given to be held in trust by and for its residents, has been the focal point within the Village for all the Lake members to enjoy. Membership along with volunteerism is encouraged and will ensure its preservation for future generations.
